Hardware
You will obviously also need a sound card and speakers. Most PC's have this capability. If you are unsure, please ask your system administrator.Display
You will need a screen size of at least 1024x768. If you have not, you can reset this by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting properties. This will open "Display Properties". Go to the "Settings" tab and move the slider in the bottom right along to the right to 1024 x 768.Firewalls
If you are on a corporate LAN, you will most likely be behind a firewall (a device which forbids certain traffic from entering the network). Usually this is not a problem as our software can send the audio the same way that web pages are delivered however some companies prefer to block this from happening. In short, you need to configure Windows Media Player to allow access over HTTP. If you are experiencing problems related to this, please contact your system administrator. Feel free to pass on our details to them so we can help troubleshoot the problems.Projecting onto a large screen
If you would like to project the video screen, right click on video window and click zoom for full screen size.Other Problems?
